Egg Salad Sandwich.

Ingredients
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced bread

     

    Instructions.
    1. In a bowl, combine chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, and red onion. Mix until well combined.
    2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
    3. Spread a generous portion of the egg salad mixture onto one slice of bread.
    4. Top with lettuce leaves and another slice of bread to create a sandwich.
    5. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap for later enjoyment. Enjoy!

    Classic Deviled Eggs

    Ingredients
    • 6 hard-boiled eggs
    • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Paprika for garnish

       

      Instructions.
      1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
      2. Mash the egg yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
      3. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites, dividing evenly.
      4. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish. Serve chilled and enjoy!

      Spinach and Feta Omelette

      Ingredients
      • 3 eggs
      • 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
      • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
      • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
      • Salt and pepper to taste
      • 1 tablespoon olive oil

         

        Instructions.
        1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
        2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
        3. Sprinkle chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, and cherry tomatoes evenly over one half of the omelette.
        4. Allow the omelette to cook until the edges begin to set, then carefully fold the empty half over the filling.
        5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the omelette is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
        6. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot. Enjoy!
